Please join our group for an open discussion of the 2002 article: Experiences of Spanish Heritage Speakers in University Foreign Language Courses and Implications for Teacher Training by Dr. Kim Potowski from the University of Illinois Chicago.

The content of this article is applicable to teachers or learners of any language, and heritage speaker students themselves. We will also explore more broadly how our heritage speaker students here at our own University of Arkansas are being served, and what kind of training we currently offer for our instructors, as well as what kind of training we should offer.
